Best review books to break the two grand barrier

I scored a 1960 on my first SAT with minimal studying, I’m ready to take this seriously and I really need at least +100 points and higher preferably a 2100. What is the best book to shoot past two grand barrier, Also I have been improving my vocab and reading more, I am enrolled in an SAT prep class at my school, but it is very basic and not gauged at this level(a 1960 at my Public school is considered good).

The Official SAT Study Guide by the CollegeBoard is your best bet. I believe it contains 10 full exams and was created with real, previous SAT exams.

cool, I’ll check that one out

Barron’s Writing Workbook is really good for writing. It lists all the rules that you need to memorize and gives you practice with them.

Also, this will help you with your essay: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/645763-how-write-12-essay-just-10-days.html

And a tip is to cut out all the practice questions you miss (from taking tests out of the Blue Book) and put them into a notebook/composition book. Review by going over these questions and really understanding why you missed them and how to get the right answer.

Collegeboard has an online course that costs $70 (but there’s a discount in Collegeboard’s SAT study guide aka the Blue Book) that has ten additional practice tests. And practice with PSATs.
