Best SAT Subject Tests to Take?

I live in an area where the nearest place that the SAT is given is between 45 minutes and an hour away. Normally this would mean that I would just take the ACT and be done with that as there are test locations less than 10 minutes from my house. However I did find out that the majority of the colleges I am thinking about applying to require taking at least some SAT II’s. Because of how far away the SAT testing centers are, I will in all likelihood only be able to take these tests once. On the ACT I made a composite score of 31 as a freshman (still waiting for scores from the last ACT) with a 28 in Math and Science; 32 in Reading; and 34 in English. I’m planning on majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish. Currently I am a sophomore and have taken up to Algebra I & II and Geometry; Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and AP Biology; Mississippi Studies/Intro to World Geography and AP World History; Spanish I & Spanish II Next year I will be taking AP US History and AP European History, Trig/Pre-cal, and AP Chemistry; Spanish III and AP Spanish (Spanish IV). I do well in all of my classes, though I particularly have a passion for Spanish, Math, Science, and English (mostly the reading and writing part of English, not the grammar portion). What SAT II’s should I take and when should I take them based on my planned major, ACT scores, and classes I have taken/will take? Also is there any one test date that tends to result in better scores? I have heard that on the ACT, you are scored in comparison to other students that test on that particular testing date (not sure if this is true) and wanted to know if this applied to the SAT II’s.

After you finish Pre-Calculus you can take SAT II Math Level 2, SAT Biology-E and/or Biology-M. Also if you want you can the Spanish SAT :)
