Best school I can get in?

<p>I was wondering whats the best school i can get into. I’m a freshman at a HBCU currently looking to transfer for the Fall 2010 semester. My high school gpa was terrible at only a 2.5, for lack of effort.</p>

<p>So far my resume looks like this:
27 ACT
3.6 gpa this semester with only about 15 credit hours, next semester will be 20 hours.
Freshman Senator on Student Government
Working a job with the state while in school
Leading a campus ministry
Hopefully some community service hours by the end of the year</p>

<p>Any help or advice would be appreciated.</p>

<p>Define “best”. Just, best pedigree? Hardest to get into? Or best for your intended major? There’s a lot of factors that go into the quality of a school.</p>
