Best schools for BME major?

I’ll be going to college next March, and I’m working to finalize my college lists. I’m quite sure that I want to major in BME, but I’m also thinking of having a Computer Science minor or a different humanities minor. However, I’m hearing a lot of different opinions from people around me about which school would be best, and I would really appreciate some help! Right now, I’m thinking about applying to,

Johns Hopkins(ED)
U of Michigan(EA)
MIT(EA)
Columbia
Brown
Duke
UC Berkeley
UCSD
UCLA
Rice
Carnegie Mellon

I’m looking for a school that has a strong engineering program(Especially in BME) and a lot of research opportunities, but also one that offers a lot of humanities courses. Would those colleges be a good match? Any other suggestions?
My academics are…
GPA: around 3.9 (unweighted. My school is one of the best schools in my country- highly selective and science-oriented), SAT I: 2200(will be retaking it)
SAT II: Math 800, Physics 800, BiologyM 780
AP: Computer Science A(5), Physics C EM(5), Physics C Mechanics(5), Biology(5), Calculus BC(5),
ECs: School Orchestra, Ensemble, Physics team leader, 2 years of Research at universities, School Ambassador Captain, Movie club, School newspaper, Various community service(Leader and member) etc
Honors: 2~3 International awards(Physics, biology - Was national representative), National awards in physics, multiple school awards etc

What???

Colleges don’t start in March.

It appears that you’re an int’l.

How much will your parents pay each year? Ask them.

You mean January??

The schools you list generally only admit for Fall, late August or September.
