I’m going to major in some science. (I’m not sure what particular field to do yet.)
Though where do you think is best for science among these five-HPMSC?

M, S, and C are good for science.

I agree that MIT, Stanford and Cornell are good for science majors.

Don’t worry about it. All of these (I thought “C” was Caltech) are excellent for “science”, but MIT and Caltech of course focus more on hard science and engineering. P and S are strong across the board, H has never been that much into applied science, but outstanding biology, chemistry, and physics. Although smaller, Yale also has superb science in many areas.

But there are so many other places with excellent science programs that you should get a clearer idea of what you are looking for before worrying about which of these to choose. Most of the strength of science reputations are based on what the faculty do, with help from grad students. Undergrads are learning intro science and you do not need a Nobel laureate to teach you the basics.

Princeton, Stanford, MIT, Cornell sound good.

Bobbobbob, although the C could stand for Cal, Chicago, Columbia or Cornell (all of which are excellent in the sciences), I think the OP was referring to Caltech. I could be wrong of course. At any rate, all 5 Cs mentiond above are awesome in the sciences.
