I made many speeches, and I can tell you this… make your speech into your passion. Even if the topic of discussion may be a bit off, try to go to your passion. Once you get to your passion, it becomes easy for you to control the listeners and to listen to what you are passionate about. Also remember to never bore your crowd. Imagine yourself listening to your own speech. What would you want yourself to do so you will listen? Many do not do this. Many do not think to do it. Make your voice proud and firm. Make it so no one can even clap at the end of speech. Such is a speech. Do not talk like some idiot or an innocent child. Talk like an emperor… and add a bit of humor in the end.
