Anyone have recommendations? I’ve used the Crest strips in the past but wondering if anything new is worth trying.

We discovered charcoal tooth paste which is offered in popular brands and different styles. I don’t use it daily- maybe once a week before I go out. It really is very whitening. I read mixed reviews for using it daily-so I don’t. Accidentally discovered this when getting prepared to go to a wedding.

I’ve used whitening strips and a tube of (cheapie) whitening gel.
A friend said at-home whitening products can damage tooth enamel. Wondered if anyone had heard of this?
