Best Transfer Scholarships?

<p>I’ll be transferring from a community college in a year, and I’ve been planning to go to this one in-state school. I really want to restart my college search though, because I didn’t really do it much justice when I got out of high school. </p>

<p>Any idea which schools offer the best scholarships for transfer students?</p>
