<p>All of these schools have been in the top 10 consistently for the past several years.</p>

<p>Penn has a special program, the Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business. It gives you a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA in International Studies from Penn’s College of Arts & Sciences.</p>
<p>It’s hardcore. You need to prove proficiency in a second language to apply.</p>
