<p>The biggest surprise was the number of typos in this article.</p>
<p>There is very little that separates group I from group II and investment banks recruit heavily in both groups. Like I said, I was merely listing 25 campuses where I think IBankers recruit the most, but it is purely speculative on my part. Clearly, both groups are excellent IB hunting grounds, and even then, I am sure I left out a few very worth campuses.</p>
<p>I didnt know that investment banking firms recruited at Grinnell College.</p>
<p>Investment Banks only recruit at 3 or 4 LACs, and Grinnell is not one of them. However, students at top LACs who take initiative usually get good results.</p>
<p>From what I understand, investment banks do not recruit from Cal Tech, especially for M&A.
M&A is about deals. They need super salesmen plus other skills. Qantitative skills are not the most important.</p>
