<p>Which universities should people apply to that aren’t UCs but have transfer requirements similar to the UC/IGETC academic plan? in state, out of state…i’m trying for UCLA Bus Econ and i’ll definitely apply to USC but i’m not sure where else I should apply. what other colleges are you guys planning to apply to/have applied to that are competitive with UCs and are willing to take transfer students with IGETC/UC Gen Ed?</p>
<p>It depends on what you want to do. Since I may possibly be headed towards law school, I applied to Santa Clara University since it’s in the area and has articulations with the CCs that I’m at. So it was pretty easy for me to figure out if I completed their reqs and I got in. It all depends on what type of program you’re looking for (med/law/engineering/etc). You have to research the schools and find out what they expect out of transfers – after lurking around SCU’s website for awhile I found out about the articulations.</p>
