I am currently watching the TTC (The Teaching Company) video lectures called Understanding the Human Body. It consists of 32 high quality video lectures (filmed specifically for this production, not merely recordings of a regular class lecture), each about 45 minutes long. It is a great overview of human anatomy and physiology.

I was so impressed with the lectures, that I decided to get the TTC Economics (3rd edition) collection of video lectures, but was completely disappointed. The professor is extremely annoying, and the content feels very watered down, like he’s teaching kindergartners. And this is coming from someone who has never taken an economics or business course.

Anyway, I am wondering if any nerds out there know of any good economics video lectures that are available online. I have been spoiled by the TTC Human Body series, so I am hoping to find something of that caliber. Ideally, I would like to find something that goes in depth and covers about a typical semesters worth of lecture content.

not sure how complex you want the videos to be, but there’s a great Youtube guru under the username khanacademy who publishes instructional videos on all academic subjects, economics included. He graduated from MIT and I think has a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
