Best Way to Check your Math

<p>What is the best way to check your Math? Every time i take the test I find that there are only 1-2 that I don’t understand. The others I know how to do the question. The only thing is I make STUPID mistakes! Any suggestions on how to avoid this?</p>

<p>get really good at punching #s on ur calc, then try a number other than 0 or 1 in for function problems… or just do it in ur head.</p>

<p>what i mean is, get really good at typing fast on your calc - saves time. then check your answer with an integer like 2 or 3 (for example on problems with variables)</p>

<p>didn’t really want to comment but DO NOT use 2 and 3 as a brute force number. Obviously you should avoid 0 and 1 but 2 is also very dangerous. (Since 2^2 and 2+2 is both 4…)</p>

<p>The best number is 5…</p>

<p>take the test and, if u’ve got time remaining, review each answer. I didnt check one verrrry simple question and got that one wrong. Lessons learnt, you know.</p>
