best way to find tutoring opportunities?

I’ll be sophomore this fall in undergrad. I’m trying to find students who need help in mathematics, ranging from Algebra I to Calculus I, and in SAT Math I. My problem is that the local area that I live in have students who are not motivated at all. So, I have to expand my areas of opportunities, but I just can’t think of a good idea to do so.

Has anyone been in similar situations for looking for tutoring? I am bilingual (English/Korean), and received around 2100 on SAT I. I know that it’s not stellar, but I self-taught myself and knows what works and what doesn’t work.

Should I just ask my high school if they would be interested in finding students?
