Best Way to Improve for March SAT?

<p>Hey I just got a 2080 (700 M 680 CR & 700 W) and was wondering what I should do for a 2200…I’ve done all of the BB tests and just bought PR’s 11 Tests…Any advice? Thanks!</p>

<p>Buy “Direct Hits” and use it…a lot!
And see if a library by you has the DVD “Quack”…that helps a lot too</p>

<p>Thanks for the replies. Yes, I read Direct Hits and Silverturtle’s Guide, but I think I need more practice…Should I use the Online Course, 10 Real SATS, PR’s 11 SATs or anything else? Thanks</p>

<p>Hiyo! Got a 2090 in December and a 2350 in January. Both times I walked out of the testing center with a good-ish feeling.</p>

<p>Before December, I was in the exact same situation you are. I’d done all the bluebook tests, done direct hits.</p>

<p>How I improved:</p>

<ul>
<li>REDID critical reading sections in the blue book. </li>
<li>Math Q’s on p.e.r.f.e.c.t/8…00.com (without any of the periods or slashes)</li>
<li>Bought the online course and did a few of the tests on there.</li>
<li>Repeated Direct HITS (overall I’d say I knew the words better in January, although I still missed two SC tasks)</li>
<li>Generally worked more after I finished a test. I did the bluebook in 15 days the first time (including full-time employment). The second time I had more time to understand what I’d done wrong. This is the key. </li>
</ul>

<p>My studying was focused on Critical Reading and Mathematics, because those are the most relevant ones for internationals. If you want to improve writing as well - follow other advice on here.</p>

<p>As it happened, I improved from 700–>800 on Maths, 680–>800 on Critical Reading - and 710-750 on Writing (without any additional Writing-specific studying).</p>
