Best way to sell myself / chances?

So, I think I’m a rather unique case:

UC Irvine
BS Biology (GPA 2.7)
BS Computer Science (GPA 3.6)
BA Philosophy (GPA 3.5)

Overall GPA = 3.2

GRE (600V/790Q/5.5A)
About 1 yr research experience in CS, no publications
Letter of Recommendations should be good.

Applying for Ph.D. in Computer Science.

So the question is, how should I sell myself on the statement of intent? I’m a bit worried that the three major thing will be seen as “spread myself too thin”, which isn’t the “focused” student PhD programs are probably looking for. Should I spend time trying to mitigate this in my statement of intent (“well, i really screwed up my first 2 years, but by then i pretty much finished my biology degree and decided to finish it anyway”) or should i just gloss over it and talk about the kind of research I’d really enjoy doing?

Also, any idea how well i’d do applying to top 10 programs? Or should I “cast my net” far?
