<p>call them, ask for your eagle ID. write a note with your name, eagle ID #, etc that says to add the sup mat to your file and mail it off</p>
<p>Send the materials in a bright green envelope. Be sure to include some form of identification–social security number often works. Clip on a $100 bill in front of the materials…what? You asked about the best way, not the cheapest.</p>
