Well, right now, I have 11 units of real classes and 5 units of waitlisted classes. I’ll probably get into at least 3 units of the waitlist. However, right now, Tele-BEARS is saying that I’m under the minimum number of hours allowed AND I can’t add any more because I’m over the maximum of15 hours. What do I do?

Forgive me as it’s been awhile since I registered thru Tele-BEARS so this may not all be right.

I think you can do a few things:
- Drop a waitlisted class and add a class that’s open.
- Keep what you have, attend classes the first day and see if you get added to your waitlisted classes.
- Is the limit due to Tele-BEARS phase appointment times? If so, when your second window opens you should be able to add more than the 15 unit max.

Until you have at least 13 units (excluding waitlist), they’ll keep saying you’re under the minimum hours allowed. Don’t worry if you’re planning/know you’ll get into your wailisted class.

I think this is the restriction for Phase 2. You can’t get over 16 units until phase 2 is over.

Basically if you’re at 15 units, you can still add say a 5-unit course to reach 20 units. But if you are at 16 already, you can’t add anymore classes.

This is similar to phase 1 restriction on 10 units.
