Bevo Bucks and Dining Dollars Not Working

<p>I got back from Thanksgiving Break to find out that my card would no longer let me into the building (San Jac). I had a friend let me in and it took the people at the desk and the Hall Coordinator about 30 minutes to figure out how to fix it. I thought everything was fixed, but apparently my Bevo Bucks and Dining Dollars aren’t working either. I tried to use them today and the cashier got an error “Patron cannot be found.” Has this ever happened to anyone before? How can it be fixed? Is it something that needs to be fixed by the Division of Food and Housing Services? Dining Dollars are pretty important every day. </p>

<p>And no, I am not out of either. I still have plenty left of both.</p>
