beyond 1st year, scholarships available?

<p>My d is a freshman this year. I am still on Fastweb’s email list and I keep getting emails telling me about scholarships. “Access 1.3 million scholarships worth over $3 billion.”</p>

<p>Are scholarships available to 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year college students?</p>
