if i took sat 2 math 2c in december and had them sent to colleges when i registered for the test and i decided to cancel my score, so the scores wont be sent to the colleges. would the colleges care? would i get a refund on the money i spent for sending them to the schools?

thanks!

Hi:
I can’t say for sure, but I doubt you’d get a refund. This college admissions business isn’t regulated by the FTC and does not protect consumers at all-- witness the many thousands who plunk down $75 dollar application fees for schools that their kids have almost no hope of getting in to —based on the vague admissions info provided by the colleges…
By all means, you should cancel a score if you feel you did not do well. My D cancelled her score after hearing the proctor talk in a loud voice for most of the test session to his little son… and she’s glad she did!
