<p>Congrats to all involved in the turn-around at Toppenish High School. With a bit of determination, commitment, elbow grease and a willingness to take risks, adults can help kids make strides. Most of these kids white, Yakima Indian tribe and Mexican American, come from low-income families where parents labor at the local beef slaughterhouse.</p>
