not saying they do not have the right to merge but, not sure who this benefits long term other than lawyers working on the merger.
Not a lot of coverage??? You should have watched CNBC yesterday. That was the only thing their talking heads yelped about 
“Breaking news - MSFT halted pending announcement” at 6 am Pacific Time, and then that was the only news!
LinkedIn will be kept as an independent entity. Just like Skype.
