<p>When and where do we get one again? I remember during the first few days last year there was some police guy doing the paper work for it and giving you the sticker.</p>
<p>You can get one at the UCPD (@ Sproul hall) every Wednesday from 11am-1pm, if I recall correctly.</p>
<p>Back when they had welcome week there was a police stand at Sproul close to Sather Gate where they were tabling. You bring your bike, get it licensed, and pick up a few freebies, like police whistle keychain.</p>
