<p>We’re considering a hike/bike/ snorkel trip next spring. Has anyone used a company they liked particularly well, or conversely had a bad experience with? We’re looking at southern Europe or South America.</p>
<p>My husband has taken and enjoyed cycling tours with PacTour ([PAC</a> Tour](<a href=“http://www.pactour.com%5DPAC”>http://www.pactour.com)) and Erickson Tours (<a href=“ecycletours.com - This website is for sale! - ecycletours Resources and Information.”>ecycletours.com - This website is for sale! - ecycletours Resources and Information.). Erickson is more luxurious and aimed more for casual cyclists. Erickson does European tours; PacTour is mostly American but does occasional European and South American trips.</p>
<p>We have used Backroads and Sojourn. Both were wonderful. I don’t think Sojourn does anything where they’d have snorkeling.</p>
<p>My friend had really good experience with REI Adventures. They offer many multi-sport trips, and their groups are smaller. I’m not sure if you will be able to find a trip which includes a biking/snorkeling combo, but there are plenty of tours that offer biking/hiking or snorkeling/hiking in South America.</p>

<p>Thanks to those who’ve weighed in…We don’t actually have to have all those activities but are looking for an active vacation with those kinds of things. </p>
