According to news reports today, the Pa. case limit was Jan '16. Filing just made it.
Not to say I have decided on his guilt or innocence, but just to clarify what has been his position so far:
He has admitted giving most of them drugs, and hoped to have sex, but claims their taking the drugs and/or booze was consensual. So what he has admitted to is far far different than “slipping them drugs” without their knowledge.
What he has admitted to is no different than offering to buy a woman a drink in a bar(if one is desirous of her) and that happens every day!
I must repeat I’m not saying I believe every word he says- I’m only trying to make a factual distinction between what he has said, and what some want to believe he said.
Officials unsealed Cosby’s 2006 settlement with Constand. He admitted that he had seven prescriptions for Quaaludes although he did not himself take them. He admitted giving Quaaludes to women in hopes of having sex with them. He admitted fondling and digitally penetrating Constand, after giving her pills (he said they were Benadryl) and wine.
Unless he can get this settlement deposition thrown out, he’s in deep trouble.

Just saw the photos of Bill Cosby going into/out of the arraignment and fingerprinting.
How much do you bet his lawyer or PR person had him wear a cardigan (instead of a blazer or other jacket) and take a cane, in order to appear more “grandfatherly” and less “predatory”?

Cosby says that Constand broke her confidentiality agreement when she cooperated with police.
I’m not sure it works like that, exactly.

Chickens are coming home to roost. Criminal and other charges cs Crosby are now proceeding.
The new African American museum, part of the Smithsonian and opening in September, will feature an exhibit on Bill Cosby’s career and will not mention any sex scandal controversy. Oh, that’s going to work out well for them isn’t it?
They have since “clarified” that the exhibit isn’t about Cosby himself, but includes him. Still, I can see this blowing up in their face. Particularly considering that this is an African American museum. So often museum collections show the history they want to show and not the ugly backside. I’m amazed that these museum people don’t have a clue!
To Cardinal Fang, and some others that may be unclear on what Cosby admitted to:
He admits giving drugs to women he wanted to have sex with. He has NOT admitted to giving them drugs unbeknownst to them, or forcing drugs on them. What actually happened, I don’t know, I am only commenting on what he has admitted to.
The scenario he has admitted to could be that women were at his home, and he offered them a drug, just as one might offer a guest/date a drink. I can admit to having bought dinner or drinks for dates I hoped to have sex with- sometimes it happened, sometimes it didn’t, but at no time did I ever force/trick anyone to eat, consume alcohol, or force them into sex.
Also- I have read that the statute of limitations for a criminal case varies from state to state.
A judge ruled today that Cosby will be tried.
