Billing for Residence Halls.

<p>Hi there, I could really appreciate some help here!</p>

<p>On the RPS website it says that costs for on-campus housing are billed twice a year. Is this done before the start of both the spring and fall semesters? If so, is the price you get billed for exactly half of the overall price. Ie - say the price for a Willkie single room is $7343…would I be billed $3671 at the start of the fall semester?</p>

<p>Yes, you are billed one half of the yearly bill prior to the start of the fall semester (usually end of July/beginning of August) and the other half is billed early in December.</p>

<p>Scholarships (both internal and external) and grants and loans are also divided in half and applied equally.</p>
