<p>What does it mean when the pennportal thing says your account balance is a credit of $----? </p>
<p>If we had a loan as part of the package, and we ended up getting outside scholarships to replace that loan AND it shows up on the pennplan online decision website (not pennportal) that our loan is now $0 (i also received a revised findaid paper that doesn’t include the loan), is there anything else we have to do? Because now that i’m checking AES (the loan company or something), it shows that i have a pending loan (the one that was suppose to be replaced) and when i check pennportal it shows my account has a pending credit from the stupid loan! the history of loans on pennportal also shows the loan! … 
help! i would call but it’s a holiday</p>
