The Pitt (Max). Just wow. One more week.
The new season of Love on the Spectrum just dropped. One of the cast members was a former student in my program (before I worked there). I am having so much fun watching after hearing staff that worked with her share their stories. She is a lovely young woman.
Just started All creatures great and small - enjoying it as a âbackground showâ (to have in the background and watch as I do something else), good sense of place and time or at least gives a good impression of it, good characters, no big villain so far but setbacks due to the time&place - kinda like Call the Midwife but in the late 30s Yorkshire rather than the 50s London East End, and with horses&cows rather than pregnant women and babies.
Back in the day, my baby sister read the books literally until they fell apart⊠She is a veterinarian now and so is her daughter. We watched that show last year and loved it. There was an entire CC thread devoted to the show.
Thanks, I will look for it!
harrison ford, helen mirren, timothy dalton
great s2 finale
Really? I was disappointed. I thought it was very lazy and derivative in terms of writing. But yes, Ford & Mirren were great
And in addition to the season finale, it was also the series finale.
to each his ownđ spoiler alert
The first 3 episodes of The Handmaidâs Tale dropped today. Iâve watched the first 2, so good! Had to completely rewatch last Season in March.
When I was a kid, I remember listening to the books on tape (so many tapes!) of All Creatures Great and Small on family road trips back in the 1980s. Thanks for the memory
I watched that on and off, just finished the last season a week ago, so excited!
After season 1 it seemed ghoulish and gratuitously cruel. I stopped at the end of Season 2.
The first 2 episodes of season 4 of Hacks (HBO/Max) dropped tonight.
All week we binge on ER, then watch the latest episode of The Pitt on Thursday. Itâs easy to see how the Chicago internship prepared John Carter to become Dr. Robby, but why the name change? Itâs confusing.
And when did he convert from Christianity to Judaism?
Because the estate of the creator of ER would not authorize a proposed reboot of the show that had been proposed by Noah Wyle. And now they are suing him and Warner Bros., stating that The Pitt is indeed a reboot.
She was being facetious
The new season of Black Mirror is out. Iâm excited to watch.
