<p>I was looking at the possible Introduction to Biology classes and noticed 3 different options, the regular Intro, a Discovering Life one, and the Honors. I didn’t qualify for Honors in my admission so that leaves me with the regular Intro and the Discovering Life. I did well in AP Bio (got a 5) and will be majoring in Bio. I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience with the Discovering Life class and has any suggestions for me. Thanks.</p>
<p>Can your AP Bio count towards it so you don’t need to take it?</p>
<p>It could but I’ve heard it’s beneficial to take first-year bio again in order to do well as a Bio major and possible pre-med.</p>
<p>Make sure your bio class includes a lab – that is usually a requirement for med school application.</p>
