<p>For the biochem 405 and 440 series, how similar are they to the o-chem series?? I have taken the o-chem series and it wasn’t really a pleasent experience for me. I would like to know if the biochem series requires a lot of basic knowledge from o-chem classes and whether the classes are similar (meaning are the methods of instruction and methods of studying for exams similar).</p>

and what i have been told by my professors is that the 3rd quarter of ochem is basically an intro to biochemisty, so it seems like they are very similar</p>
