Biochemistry

So I chose to major in Biochemistry when I applied in hopes of being premed, and I only now realize that I’m probably going in for a fun one. But what exactly makes this major hard? Is it easy to change the major, especially at this point?

You haven’t even stepped on campus yet…relax.

1) your major doesn’t even affect what you’ll take next year (unless you’re coming in with a lot of AP credits)

2) most students (mainly canadians) choose their major around this time of year, anyway. So you can easily switch.

Don’t worry about it, you won’t really know how hard a program is until you start taking the programs classes. You could take people’s words on it, or you could find out for yourself (perhaps you have an aptitude towards biochem…).

you can transfer too
