Biological Parents In-State?

So I was adopted when I was very little. My adopted parents divorced and all 3 sets of my parents (Bio-Dad, Bio-Mom, Mom, Dad, Step-Dad, Step-Mom) live in different states. I know I could get in state for Georgia and Tennessee where my adopted mom and dad live, but what about my biological parents who birthed me? I have contact with them, even though they live in Colorado. Could I get instate in Colorado?

You biological parents are not your legal parents and have no legal ties to you. It is highly unlikely that you will be considered in state because your bio parents live in Colorado.

Your actual parents now are your adopted parents. Your bio parents would have had their parental rights terminated prior to your adoption. They are no longer considered legally your parents.

That being the case, their residency would not determine instate tuition status for you.
