<p>What are the best colleges/universities in the northeast, south or midwest for my daughter who wants to be a middle school science teacher/guidance counselor, i.e. major in biology/education. She is a B+ student and don’t know SAT scores yet but I assume low to mid 600s. She would prefer in or near a city and medium to large size.</p>
