<p>If I want to do biology master or Ph.D. after I graduate from college? Do I need to take any test? Or, if a professor finds me interested, can he or she automatically take me as a master or Ph.D. student without me taking any test or writing personal statement, and so on?</p>

<p>Applying to Graduate School is much more involved. That being said, since you live in New England, I would investigate the 5-year BS/MS Biology Degree program at U of Connecticut. The U of Alabama at Birmingham also has a 5-year combined program. UAB has an excellent Biology Department. Rated by some as the best public university for Natural Sciences in the southeast U.S.A.</p>
