I was just wondering if there was general prerequisites for Biology major and what would they be for University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

If you mean what you need to do in high school before going to college, just complete the usual college-prep curriculum, including the following:
math through precalculus or calculus
all three of biology, chemistry, and physics
the usual other subjects in English, history and social studies, foreign language, art and/or music
