^Wasn’t there a question about how Red Oaks came to be existent in the plot?

I forgot what I put for that one…

Also, for #10, are you sure the question said NO ADH? I thought it said an increase in ADH…

^Wasn’t there a question about how Red Oaks came to be existent in the plot?

I forgot what I put for that one…

Also, for #10, are you sure the question said NO ADH? I thought it said an increase in ADH…

It said that coffe inhibits (stops) synthesis of ADH.

yeah there was sourapplezz!

EDIT-
i guessed and said that animals brought it in or something…

sourappplezz you spelled word apple wrong

It was inhibition of ADH secretion.

And for one of those removal of trees questions (last several core questions), there was a graph of the white oak, i think, 's growth.

40, 41, 42?-tree plots - no difference in number of conifers between plot 1 and 2, cedar affected by everything but available nutrients

75which of the following is right DNA combination- cytosine to guanine
76what does graph look like when there is no more substrate left in enzyme reaction: it goes up and then levels off (quantity of products)
77 The total interrelation with an organism to its environment is its niche

we are talking about M right?
for 77, i don’t think the total interrelation is niche i think i chose D or E instead of B.
for 17, it’s 8 because 2 x 2 x 2 = 8. two possibilities for each gene so…

weren’t 77, 78, 79, 80 (or 87,98,99,100) about light spectrum?
i remember they were …
insect - UV
snake - infrared
photosynthesis- green
the highest energy the human can see - purple

oh I realized that there were some repeating answers above. someone can correct? for example 49 and 50… there are the last questions.

if i’m wrong with anything plz correct me!!! thanks buddies

inhibition of ADH would lead to rise of urine volume and will be dilute. Correct?

ktoto- huh?

can someone please verify the answer to the red oak seed question?

vgBoy, you are incorrect in 77 and 17.

To total relation between aan organism and its environment is the definition of a niche.

It’s NOT 2x2x2, since the genetic they gave you was AaBBCc. B was same, capital letters for both, there fore canceling out the 2 possiblities for B, giving it only 1. so 2 x 1 x 2.

vgboy…several things:

-first off, the answers that i put up along with the help of cc members are not in any particular order, they are just the order that we remembered
-second, the answer is niche, DEFINITELY
-third, the gametes is 4, aBc, ABC, ABc, aBC
-fourth, we are talking about both bio M and the core questions.
-fifth, yes i remember the question about the red oaks, but I am not sure of the answer, I remember putting “animals brought seeds into the area”.

what was the question for the oak?

XindianX-
do you remember the answer to the question asking how the red oaks were formed in that area?

On the red oak one, I blanked out and put the mutation, becaus red oaks were only in during times when there were LOTS of white oaks, so the probability that a mutation may occur is higher, but…eh. I’m beginning to believe more on the animal one though, unless the question specifically stated “drawing from the data” which meant, the animal one was not directly supported by the table.

i put mutation it better be right, or il bite a finger off a person who wrote the question!

hmm nice reasoning there.
i thought it was it was the animals one although the mutation choice was also pretty good. i chose it because i can imagine furry animals bringing in seeds ;). ok no but i took an educated guess.

okay guys, I think our list is final in terms of the different questions, I believe that since we are around 77 questions total, the last several questions were part of other questions, i.e the oak stuff, the tree plot stuff, the sex linked recessive pediegree, or w.e. So yeah, I think now it’s basically time to correct the answers that we have, and try to find a general consesus on the difficult ones.

wow 336 messages in a day for just BIO, we are insane. I cant belive a actually read all this, its like reading a novel in one day!

Yeah uh, do you guys remember the actual question for
“57all things do not breath through gills and lungs, some breath with simple diffusion”

I don’t seem to recall it.

There was this one on the Tree’s question where it was like which one would not be a reason for something something and i put something separates something… can some one clairify this?

i remember answering one of them as “the general composition of the species changes” or something (for the oak question)
