<p>also, just because i’ve always wondered… is biomedical engineering more engineering, with prosthetics and all that? i want to do drug design, would that be more biotechnology/pharmacy?</p>

<p>BME is more about medical devices, prosthetics, imaging, and its starting to move into cellular/tissue engineering… if you really want to major in engineering, i think a biochemical engineering concentration would be closer (but not exactly) what you want to do… pharmacy, chemistry, or biochemistry would probably be better</p>
