I used to be CC for university entrance period, but now I am back on (on a different ID albeit) to ask for help on finding Biomedical PhD programs in EU/UK without EU/UK nationality restriction.
Americans seem to be disqualified from many of the funded PhD fellowships, it’s been disappointing for the most part in trying to find opportunities to which I can submit my application. I imagine there should be some others in the same boat… so I was hoping that we can start a thread to list all the opportunities/studentships that are still accepting applications!
I can start with one that I am currently preparing an application for:

Their pay is extremely high (3000 euros vs. the typical 1100 GBP that oxbridge’s standard stipend provides) and two of the 15 posts are actually in Cambridge Univ… the other 13 fellowships are spread throughout various European universities.
Please help me find more, and I will also continue to search and update the list as I find more opportunities… many thanks in advance!
