@jym626 I am hoping the 5 quart is big enough. Only $49.99 at WalMart so I thought why not. Totally missed the Kohls sale for the 6 quart.
I have a 6 qt Instant Pot, but I want to get the mini 3 qt for my son. I think it’s a good size for 1-2 people. It went as low as $49 on Amazon this weekend and is $51.99 now.
I can’t get any of them online. Target, Walmart, etc just say ‘out of stock, not available within 100 miles of your zip code’. I want the 5 qt one. There were a lot of 6 qt ones at Target and Walmart on Friday but they weren’t on sale.
Missed out on the others too (other brands). Oh well.

Does anyone else do this. I bought a nespresso bundle from Macy’s on Black Friday. Today the same bundle is $55 cheaper from target. So I ordered that one and will return the one from Macy’s.
Also I ordered a pair of boots from Nordstrom on Saturday and on Sunday they were $20 cheaper. Ordered the cheaper one and canceled the more expensive pair. I guess I could have asked for a price adjustment but was afraid my size would sell out in the interim.
So many good sales today, trying to be good and not order stuff I don’t need.

@jym - that is not the lid. 
The one with the pressure valve. I looked around, but I would not buy any aftermarket ones because of safety concerns. After all, it is a bomb.
Was just going to mention the 6 qt sale on amazon. Might be cheaper to buy a whole new one @BunsenBurner . What did she do to the pressure lid?
Apparently, it mysteriously “fell,” and the valve shattered. Three roomies in a tight kitchen with a hard tile floor… sigh. I would just buy a whole new pot, but Amazon is out of the one. I was on sale a few days ago.
@deb922 I usually go for the price adjustment route. If they are being uncooperative at first, i tell them I’ll be returning it which has always then resulted in an adjustment for me. Stores do not like returns.
@deb922 --yep, re-ordered this morning and will have to return the other I bought. 15 bucks difference in two days.

Venting: I asked DS3 if we should get the girl he goes to the movies with and visits all the time a gift for Xmas. No, no, no. And now it’s an emergency that we pick something nice and it’s in right away. Hopefully the bracelet arrives fast. Mad at Macy’s for the change in price AND change in free shipping requirement.
Either last year or the year before I ordered from Penney’s and the prices went way the next day again–but then some kind soul took the time to figure out and credit my account instead of me having to refigure my order.
Ordered half a dozen halfbottles of 2015 Rombauer Zinfandel from the winery to be enjoyed without overindulgence - their shipping is a penny for the entire order today.
Zenni has 20% off today which is great because they have very few sales. For just over $100 I got 2 pairs of lineless bifocals in fun colors plus a pair of bifocal sunglasses.
