I am about to order a photo collage from Costco and I cannot decide between the black border and the white border . . . The default is a black border, but I am thinking I read somewhere that white borders enhance to colors of photos.

Is there any objective way to decide this? Or for $1.49, should I just order one of each?

Are you going to frame the collage? If so - you could do the white border and a black frame. I generally do black borders, but it really depends on the pictures and your personal taste.

I was recently trying to make the same decision when ordering a photo collage on-line from Walmart. On the Walmart site you can click and view both options to see which you like better(they will even mail them to your house for free–seemed like a steal.) Not sure if Costco has that feature on their site. Anyway, I chose the white border. It did seem to bring out the colors more. And the colors in my photo were a little dark, so the black border just made them seem darker.
