Blacklisted? (research position)

I'm currently a first year undergrad of a co-op program. I recently applied for several co-op research positions here. Unfortunately, I was scheduled for a last-minute interview the day before the co-op cycle closed and I was unaware of it. I ended up missing that interview and I just realized it now when I checked my school's website. I already sent them an apology letter with a sincere acknowledgement of my mistake and a request for a subsequent interview, if at all possible. My biggest concern is, will Harvard blacklist me from future research positions? (Does anyone know if they have a system of blacklisting? Apparently Facebook does, but then again Google doesn't.)
