<p>I sent my deposit 5 days ago, and I’m very excited! I’ve been looking at dorms lately, and I especially liked Blackstone’s setup (two shared singles with a shared private bathroom).</p>
<p>What I’m wondering is, will I be able to request roommate for Blackstone? My friend and I submitted our deposits at approximately the same day, would that help?</p>
<p>There should be a section on the housing form to place who would like to room with. It is crucial that you BOTH put each others names there (i.e. so you put their name down as who would like to live with and they put your name down). If that isn’t an option, call the admission’s office. If you both have doubles down with each other’s names, you will definitely be roommates. Whether or not you get Blackstone no one can really tell you but your chances are likely.</p>
<p>I probably should have clarified my question, sorry. I do understand how the roommate request works on doubles, but since Blackstone isn’t technically a double (it is joined singles, as you know), I’m not really sure if I can request roommate for Blackstone. Thanks again.</p>
