<p>yes the loans are for living expenses… room & board, books etc.</p>
<p>The Blue and Gold only gives you maximum of $5000. The minumun they give you is $1000.</p>
<p>If you qualified for the Blue and Gold this amount would we used in replacement of some of the loan money and work studies they estimated you would get in the ePAL. If you are offered an amount more then or equal to 5000.00 you will get the 5000. However, if you didn’t quality for any loan money through the school they will only give you a 1000.00. </p>
<p>so the amount they will give you will change based on your need. It will range form 5000 to 1000.</p>
