This discussion was created from comments split from: Whitney Houston dead..
Sadly bumping this up because Whitney Houston’s daughter was found unresponsive in a bath tub this morning.
Almost the three-year anniversary of her mom’s death.
Oh no! How horrible. She is described as breathing at the hospital. Not sure if its assisted or unassisted breathing.
I read about it a few minutes ago. Wondering how long she was “down” before being discovered by her DH.
Some reports say that she is breathing, but what kind of damage her brain has suffered is unknow.

What a tragedy…
Reports said she was found face down (like her mom-- so tragic). They had said earlier that she was breathing on her own but that’s not been confirmed in more current updates. Dr. Drew Pinsky’s comments were, IMO, very insensitive.
Incredibly sad. That poor girl.
When I first read it on a Facebook post I thought it was a hoax. Wow, how sad and weird.
The latest I read is that she is on a vent, but the article I saw said it was ‘aiding’ her breathing and that she ‘has some vital signs’ (doesn’t everyone have vital signs, even if they’re bad?).
^^^I read that she is “stable.” That’s not much information, really. When I worked ICU, “stable” simply meant “he’s not dying on my shift.”
What I read is not good news at all.
Regardless of what anyone thinks of the Bobbi Kristina/Nick Gordon thing, I can’t imagine what he’s going through with first Whitney and now this.
^^^Bobby Brown as well.
I just read that brain activity isn’t good…and that outlook isn’t good.
such a horrible tragedy.
Updates are not encouraging
…" Dr, Drew Pinsky’s comments were, IMO, very insensitive…"
You get an “F” on your post for not either paraphrasing what he said or giving us a link.
I watched “Whitney,” the new Lifetime movie directed by Angela Bassett the other night. We were joking that Bobby Brown must have written it. It glossed over any part he may have had in her decline. Very kind to him. It was still nice to hear her music. Her daughter’s accident is ironic.
osprey I couldnt find a link. It was on CNN. I will not repeat it because it was tasteless. Feel free to complain to CNN if you cant find it. I will assume you are being funny. Otherwise you get an F for lack of courtesy.
The word they just used on the news to describe Bobbi Christina’s condition was “bleak”. that’s so sad
Is it indiscreet to ask how this happened?
Anytime a young, presumably healthy person is found in this condition under these circumstances, it often involves drugs. Of course that is what comes to mind here and I don’t think it’s indiscreet for people to wonder about it.
It could turn out to be an accident or something involving natural causes.
In any case, I’m sure we will eventually hear all the details.
