“We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina,” Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC, legal counsel for her father, Bobby Brown, told ABC News. "To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.”
The investigation reportedly includes trying to figure out who else was at the house before police were called on Saturday.
There are lots of other stories being “leaked”, with rumors that someone “fled the scene”, that NG and BB “tousled” at her bedside and strong suspicion that someone is being paid for information (accurate or not). Boy I would not want to be a member of the EUH Ethics Committee right now.

What I mean which I thought would be clear was that unless she was married and it seems she wasn’t it’s all on him.
Whatever decision is made by a family member typically comes after they have talked to their family members to make a decision, which then has to be supported by several physicians and the clearly in this case the review of the EUH Ethics committee. Its way more complex than an identified/authorized family member pronouncing their decision, especially if there is no advanced directive from the patient.

And, yes they have issues with NG as they always did and meanwhile the Houstons blame BB for Whitney’s demise and it’s all a big convoluted drama and money mess since right now the Houston family controls the estate and BB is her next of kin. This is not really your typical family since they basically have two camps that hate each other for pretty good reasons.
There are 2 separate, yet sadly overlappping issues. Responsibility for healthcare decisions and financial management.

What is the exact date that Whitney died? While I pray for her recovery, I have wondered if this is/becomes a family decision to pull life suport if they will wait for that day. I don’t know if that’s morbid or not, but it is a thought that has come to mind.
Prayers that her condition starts a reversal.
I believe she died on Feb 11. That would seem a bit icky. There is a part of me that thinks this could be a protracted situation.
End of life decisions, although I would guess the real issue is $$$.
ETA: well, that’s not fair. Although probably $$ is an issue, I’m sure that both men have genuine affection for her.

Roswell PD seem do be denying that there was another search of the residence. And we are still awaiting any tox reports that might be released on BKB.
Hmmm. Money or no money the last guy in the house with a drug dealer friend is going to be questioned.
There are many kinds of motives and incentives. Even if a person doesn’t stand to inherit or perhaps won’t get much financially doesn’t mean they had nothing to do with the death of another person if they were the last person around before the incident or 1st person on the scene. Somehow, that always keeps them as “persons of interest,” particularly if they had a long relationship with the victim.
They’ll be talking to lots of folks. There are reports that people fled before the police came and that they are asking questions at nearby businesses if anyone saw anything. Who knows. But of COURSE they are going to question virtually anyone and everyone who might know anything.

I saw a report on the news this morning that doctors have told Bobby Brown that it is time to discontinue life support and that he wants to wait until after the weekend so that the extended family can all get there to say goodbye. Very sad.
