Never knew anyone who watched that show or any such related shows. Sounds like a bunch of thugs.
As a mother this entire story has simply made me sad. I was saddened when the young woman lost her mother, her “best friend” she called her. This young woman has had turmoil her entire life. Clearly all the money in the world couldn’t change a thing for her, or her family. I know she will eventually be at peace, and I suppose that’s something. 
The only person that can say for sure whether BKB is legally married is the person she married. To prove someone is not married is difficult. The person who got married would easily be able to get the documentation if he so desired. Since that person is not calling the shots at the hospital, as it appears, that the documentation has not yet been presented.
Time still needed to see where all of this settles or ends. My thoughts are on this sad situation.
Even if they are married he may not want to be the one making the decisions. If it ends up that she is taken off life support then it would be better if her father made that call. Otherwise the family could all blame him for making the wrong choice.
Justamom, I recently learned that young man whom we knew as a kid tragically took his own life after been haunted by his oldest brother’s suicide. Sometimes, you have to wonder… did she follow her mother’s way or was it just a coincidence. I hope BKB finds peace soon.
Wouldn’t there be court records? how about the “witnesses”? If the “H” is claiming that they’re married then he should be able to provide proof…date, county, state of the marriage.
What about taxes? Were they filing as married joint? I know that’s not proof, but I wonder how they filed.
I never watched any reality shows involving them…didn’t even know that there were any…lol.
The whole thing is such a shame.
Bobbi Kristina stated numerous times they were married.
If they supposedly married in 2014 they would just be filling out taxes now. I’m kinda guessing it’s not exactly a high priority at the moment.
I wish we could go back to an era of common law marriages.
If they presented as married, I wish they could be recognized as married. It’s really going to be a shame if they’re going to have to go to battle because of a lack of a court document.
I recognize this might be an unpopular opinion and I don’t really want to debate it- especially not in this thread. It is just my belief as someone who doesn’t think a piece of paper should define a relationship.

Well, somehow I don’t think the lack of a marriage license is NG’s biggest problem right now. And, agree with whoever it was upthread about the fact that BB is definitely running the show being pretty definitive proof that they were not married. But, we’ll see.
Georgia common law in Georgia is only recognized for those in a common law marriage before Jan 1, 1997.
oh…I didn’t realize that the claim was that they married in 2014. I thought that the claim was that they’d been married for a few years. That’s the only reason I asked about the taxes.

According to some articles, including the one linked below, there were other unexplained injuries on Bobbi Kristina and that Nick Gordon is now a target of their investigation. It is also reported that he cleaned up blood before the police arrived. For what it is worth…

Well it doesn’t surprise me that they may have had a fight. Look at the violent messed up relationship Bobby Brown had with Whitney. I’m sure Bobbi witnessed some of that and thought it was normal. But I really don’t think Nick Gordon drown Bobbi. I think she probably took some drugs and had an overdose.
As messed up as Whitney was she was her role model. And, I doubt the coincidence of the circumstances are coincidental. Which is, I guess, another way of saying I agree completely.
There have been all sorts of reports and “reports” and leaked info, but personally, I would take reports from the NY Daily News and tabloids with a grain of salt at this point.
That said, if we want the gossip stuff, there was a report that someone was seen scaling a wall near a nearby store, and there is suspicion someone(s) at the scene fled before the police arrived.
We already know they had a history of violence and drug abuse and had broken up prior to whatever a happened and the drug dealer friend’s attorney is the primary source for the cable guy details of the morning in question. She had problems, not unexpectedly. The only conflicting information seems to be her condition which we also know is not good. That the cops are investigating NG is also pretty much a given and that is not to say I think he is responsible. But, there were issues between the two of them. That is another unfortunate fact.
Don’t believe the cable repairman incident of that morning has been discussed here. Folks been reading websleuths? They have lots of stuff over there. Like a story that grandma collapsed or had some medical emergency upon seeing Bobbi Kristina. And that the drug dealer guy has already changed lawyers. Juicy stuff over there, if thats to one’s liking.
