<p>I say a good chance at UT, a horrid chance at UNC (sorry, UNC’s just plain vicious when it comes to out of state), Michigan - good chance, NYU - good chance… </p>
<p>The USMA, is a different story, OTOH. Depends if you meet the nomination requirements, etc.</p>
<p>Hey. I think you have a good shot everywhere except UNC because they are pretty random with out-of-staters…and about the refugee thing, it’s a neat little fact but it’s kind of overshadowed by the fact that you go to such a good private school. I also think you need to find some more safety schools.</p>
<p>Michigan is rolling - apply as early as you can. They will let you know before the rest of the applications are due, so you can work out the rest of your strategy accordingly. As other have said, UNC is the most problematic of the non-military institutions. Haven’t clue about westpoint - but I dont’ imagine its easy!</p>
<p>Oh yeah USMA is a really good school. I’m looking at bussiness and I can probably get into Ut i’m not sure about NYU though. Do I have a shot there?</p>
