I’ve compiled a book list with 1-2 sentences about each book as one of my supplemental essays.
I wrote about 11 books: 7 non-fiction, 4 fiction. They don’t really have much in common.
In what order should I list them?
Alphabetically, by ISBN, most favorite to least favorite - it really does not matter.

Do you get to talk about the books at all? If you do, I would definitely say that you should put them in an order that’s meaningful to you–either your personal chronology or your personal taste/significance. (I’d choose this option even if I didn’t get to expound upon the texts, but that’s just me.)
