<p>I assume by eCard, you mean the USCard? You can’t really use it as a credit card since it requires a loaded balance to make purchases. There really isn’t an advantage over your regular debit/credit card, especially since you have to go through the extra step of transferring funds onto the USCard before you can spend them.</p>
